What I do have is over 20 years’ experience in holistic wellness, professional training as an ICF-certified coach, and, maybe most important, lived experience. I know what it’s like to look capable on the outside while feeling like you’re barely holding it together on the inside. I’ve asked myself the same questions you’re asking. I’ve carried the same weight.
I work with people in recovery, from addiction, burnout, people-pleasing, and the relentless need to prove their worth. I’ve worked with individuals, with treatment centres, and now, with small groups of people who are ready to stop waiting and start building a different relationship with themselves.
